Cape venues lean summer-coastal: resort weddings at Wequassett and Chatham Bars Inn, waterfront celebrations at Cape-side yacht clubs, and private estates along the Mashpee and Osterville coast. Inland Cape spots (Cape Cod Country Club, Bourne's historic inns) round out the list. Peak-season weekends book out 12+ months ahead; off-peak and shoulder dates often have room with shorter notice.
Cape events are overwhelmingly weddings and family reunions. Destination weddings — where most of the guest list travels from off-Cape — benefit from a rental vendor that handles the logistics centrally so the couple doesn't chase down separate rentals, delivery, and setup from the mainland. Family reunions scale up from 30 to 200 guests and often book tent packages with long banquet tables, kid-friendly seating, and family-style tableware.
Cape Cod delivery is $225, the furthest zone we cover. We plan Cape trips around the Bourne and Sagamore bridge traffic — summer weekends get heavy, so we build extra travel time. For multi-event weekends on the Cape, we sometimes stage inventory locally between events to minimize round-trips.

For June through early September dates, 8-12 months out is normal. Peak summer weekends (late June, July 4, early August) book out faster; by April those dates are often fully committed. Off-season (October through April) typically has room with 2-3 months' notice.
Yes. Beach ceremonies need weight-anchored chairs, a portable altar or arch anchored against wind, and a careful staging area for the processional. For larger beach installs we arrange a pre-event site visit to confirm access and ground conditions.
Additions and final-count adjustments are subject to availability and must be paid for before your event date. Last-minute Cape adds are trickier because the delivery is already scheduled, so give us as much notice as possible — we'll confirm what's possible based on your event day.
Tell us the date, the venue, and your guest count — we'll send a quote within 24 hours.
